index buffers for quads

Hi all, I have my brute force terrain but it uses triangle lists and I know this isn''t the best method but it was the easiest for me to do. Now, before moving onto CLOD algo''s I want to convert it to use Triangle strips with index buffers, is there any good examples of this anywhere, can''t seem to find much via google. Kind regards, Steve As I get older, my mind becomes more cluttered.
