How convert "3dsmax matrix" to "direct3d matrix"?

How convert vector i know but i don't know how convert matrix, i.e. orientation matrix ??

For vectors: just swap Y and Z.
For matrices: swap row 1 and 2 (first is 0), then swap column 1 and 2 too.
And remember - if a Node transformation matrix has < 0 determinant, then all faces are oriented 0,1,2, and normally they are oriented 0,2,1.
