Resource loader pattern
Hi!
I would like to know different opinions about how to design a system that allows me to load, through a more or less homogeneous interface, different kinds of file formats like 3ds or md2 for geometry, bmp or tga for textures and bvh for animations of skeletal files.
Maybe Like an interpreter of the file?
Is there a way to handle all those kind of resources independently of my mesh, texture or animation structures?
