I think your financials are weak.

You need to show your best, worst, and predicted cases for cash flow and expenses for your project. You need to have real world data to back your numbers as well as more detailed breakdown of your expenses. If someone''s going to give you 4.5 million they want to know EXACTLY what it''s going to go to.

Other then that the presentation is good. Experience of the "Executives" seems a little light but you''ve got a decent Advisory Board so that should help. Love the production values, and the mockups of x2 are great!

Those cost projects were left out of the presentation on purpose. The actual presentation came accompanied by many documents that outline confidential information such as month by month financing, sales projects, start-up costs, balance sheets etc.
