Render steps methodology with the rotation and the camera

Okay so before the rotation i have the camera pointed straight at the jet, mving the z axis it would come straight to the screen now I rotate this jet, with it still acting on the z axis it moves to the right now I am using dx9 vc 7.0. I used the app wizard to generate the classes. So in the render do I initialize the camera view point each time? I thinkthats why, like my camera is shifting positions or something. thanks, nick
