How to set texture transform matrix?

I''ve set Device.SetTextureStageState(1,D3DTSS_TEXCOORDINDEX,D3DTSS_TCI_CAMERASPACEPOSITION); But I need a matrix to transform the tex-coord from eye position,how could I set this matrix? Thanks. We create world.
