You guys know how in Visual Studio when your are typing the name of the class it shows you a combo box with all the contents of the class like when you type: myclass. it shows your a list of all it's members and attributes, well sometimes it doesnt work for me, and sometimes it does? Does anyone know the conditions or anything to setup to use this properly? [edited by - MetaKnight on May 27, 2003 3:12:11 PM]

The .clw and .ncb files (auto-generated by the IDE) are used by the class wizard for stuff like this. You can delete them (or rename them) and have them regenerated by trying to open the class wizard. The .bsc, .sbr and .pdb files (for the browser database and program database, to quickly jump to variable declarations, etc), are similar, and you can nuke/regenerate it as well. I''ve found that when things seem screwy, nuking these files and regenerating them usually clears things up.

Disclaimer: use at your own risk, don''t blame me if you toast your project! Make backups first.
