Small C++ compiler

Does anyone know of a small C++ compiler that will fit onto a floppy disk? At work we can''t install anything without going through some drawn out process of registering the program with whoever in charge of that sort of thing, submiting license agreements, blah blah blah. I guess I could also burn something like g++ onto a CD, but I''m not sure if the read-only stuff would be an issue. I don''t care if it is basic (like no optimizations, etc.), just want something that I can play with. What do you suggest?

There are online compilers/interpreters if you have access to the internet.

Or what about setting up a home machine to do remote work?

I had secure shell installed for a while and did this, and then they took it off. I guess I could use telnet, even though it''s not secure.
