I don''t think that short article was clear enough on the nuances of the law. Now, I know better, but from what that article said, I couldn''t see how that would be considered limiting rights.

As you might have noticed that the guy compared the likeness of a game to a book or movie. Meaning each type of media has its right to exist without censorship. IE larry flint vs CA. Or other types of media that are questioned daliy about their validity of being labeled as media. Free speech,Religion,Press and whatever else needs to be abided by for the sake of having a country that still holds its values.
