Threads and DirectDraw

Iam trying to make a program wich runs two threads, each thread creats a DDobject and initailize it with a specific GUID. When a thread Flip the screen stays black, after alt tab (i am doing RestorAll... and redraws all images again ) i get a white screen and the program freez, to stop i should kill it. Is threads are the right way to do that? Thanks maoz.
