turning at a constant rate?

whats the formula to turn at a constant rate... now i just turn 1 degree every time i render a frame which is kinda lame, turn superfast in release mode and slow in debug desired time to complete rotation = 30 secs = foo 360/foo*fps=blah-ack thanks

You wish to turn 360 degrees in 30 seconds? That's 12 degrees every second. So, if your frame takes T seconds to draw, then you should turn T * 12 degrees for that frame. This makes the rate of turn constant to time, which is what I believe you are asking. Hope that helps.
