Dev C++ DX9 pak errors

Hi, Not any problem compiling, but I notice the most recent DirectX dev pak for Dev C++, is missing a few things: 1) The DirectInput libs are about a quarter of their previous size, and miss important data format information 2) The complete dxerr9.lib is missing 3) GetViewPort doesn''t seem to exist as a function of IDirect3DDevice9 Take these into account guys while developing in Dev C++. I have problems while trying to compile a direct input example :
I get this linker error :


[Linker error] undefined reference to `c_dfDIKeyboard''

( maybe from this line :
if (FAILED(m_keyboard->SetDataFormat(&c_dfDIKeyboard)))
)

maybe this is the explaination to my problem?
And if it is, how can I fix it?
