Compare 2 .exe memory values??

Well I decided to try to make a anti cheat patch for a game. I have it all planned out. What I am going to do is have a clean version of a exe to compare with another exe, because the cheating is changing memory values within the exe to enable them to do stuff. So I''m looking for a source code that will allow me to compare memory values with 2 .exe''s. Thanks. Hope I explained it correctly, sorry its hard to explain I think.
