plane and normal

Hi I created a plane from 3 points: Plane pl=Plane.FromPoints(v1, v2, v3); that plane has an inclination on it, I want to use it as the normal for other vectors, how can i do that? I mean i have another vector3 that I want to do vector.transformnormal(the_plane) the problem is that i see that method but it only takes a matrix and i have no idea how to put that plane into a matrix so i can transform the vector normal and set it up equal to the plane. any ideas?
