GBA and the GCC compiler

Hi, I have three questions, I hope their not too silly. What is the difference between DevKitAdvance and the files that come with GCC? If I can figure out how to cross-compile for ARM using Mingw, then is that all I need to do? Do you need to link to any other libs when building GBA programs? Cheers,

regardings libs - eg. if you want to use math.h you have to include the proper lib by adding -lm to the linking parameters
