Moving/Rotating VertexBuffer

Hi, My objects are VertexBuffer form and i would like to know how can i move them or rotating, without moving the world. I''m under VC++ 6 and DirectX 8.0. Thank you.

Use matrices to transform the vertices. Then render the object you want. Then transform the world back to its original position.
