Are there any free good-quality UML drawing tools available on the net? I''ve searched but have not found many. I know a friend of mine found one, but the name escapes me, and I haven''t talked to him yet.

There''s another called Dia, but it''s very flakey on Windows.
I get to use Rational Rose free through my college, maybe if you go to school you can get a deal like that?

I second that I use poseidon for all my UML needs.
i third that. a feature that i like is that it can create java code for the classes you define in your diagrams, which is pretty useful if you use java, not so useful if you don't.
