OpenAL and DSound

Of course it is cross platfrom! I don''t know if it needs DSound, but in case it needs it it needs it only in Windows.

And believe me, I''v played in openal in linxu!

I don''t claim this to be 100% certain but I am quite sure that OpenAL uses DirectSound, "Direct3DSound" (3d buffers),EAX and other sound libraries to keep it fast and especially crossplatform (3d)sound API.

I used OpenAL briefly and I didn''t touch DirectSound at all, unless it was doing it behind my back, which seems to sort of defeat the purpose of it existing in the first place...
