DirectPlay - Send to all in group with DPNID_ALL_PLAYERS_GROUP?

Hi. The docs say that when you do a IDirectPlay8Peer::SendTo() with DPNID_ALL_PLAYERS_GROUP, it will send the packet to all the players in the session. So I wrote my code so that user input is directly translated into a packet and sent out to ''everyone'' via DPNID_ALL_PLAYERS_GROUP. I expected all clients, including the local one, to receive this packet and translate it back into movement direction. The problem is that DPNID_ALL_PLAYERS_GROUP doesn''t seem to include the app that is actually sending the packet? Is this true?
