Who can use Borland C++ Build to build a DINPUT sample that included in DX7SDK Sample

Who can use Borland C++ Build to build a DINPUT sample that included in DX7SDK Sample any DINPUT Sample that use DINPUTCREATEEX(....) I Can''t link the sample use BCB.

Ohhhhh, I have that same problem. What you do, is you create a
second lib from the dll by implib
implib dinputthatworks.lib c:\windows\system\dinput.dll.

Then, you have to use some other compiler to dump the c_dfDIMouse, c_dfDIJoystick etc... to a file. I have that, if you want. Tell me if you want it via email. In fact, I can give you 1) the new improved linker friendly lib 2) a dump of all the
c_dfDIxxx in a file and 3) a function to load then up.
I found that the problem lies in version 5 i think, cos I have version 3 as well, and that links fine.

Not that I think whoever started this thread cares anymore, but IF you use C++Builder5 to compile anything DirectInput related, it won''t work however M$ has released new libs for CBuilder.
So no more of the roundabout workarounds. At least it shows that M% cares a tiny bit about their competitors problems.
