A few things are officially reserved via IANA to run on port 666 tcp/udp ( though of course any process can bind itself and listen freely, so YMMV ):

The most popular is the reservation by Id Software reserved for Doom network communication. However, previous to their reservation it was slated for a centralized print queueing service daemon called MDQS ( Multi-Device Queueing Service ).

Lots of other less savory software has bound itself on that port as well, too numerous to list.
