Jim Adams' Animated Mesh Code

I was thinking about using his mesh code for the loading of the animated meshes for my engine, but I found a slightly major problem: None of it is explained! I just looked through the book to reconfirm this and it says in chapter 5 that its too complicated to cover. Weeeel...the code is there, but not how to use it! Would someone please point me at something that would have an explanation? Karl
