DirectX 9.0 vertex manipulation.

I am building a very basic 3d viewer/editor.How can I manipulate in realtime the vertices of a model.I mean does DX9 has functions that shows the wireframe of the model and functions that manipulate vertices?I know I am new to DX9 but I will learn.

Yes D3D has a wireframe mode. To answer your question about the vertices: call the Lock method of your vertex buffer interface, use the pointer given to you to edit the vertex memory, then unlock the buffer. If these are unfamiliar to you, search for it on msdn.

I am using C# and the examples are for C++.Nevermind though at least I know it can be done.Thanks.By the way,the same thing apply for OGL?
