Mouse to 3D object

Hi I am a bit stuck on this. If the camera is stationary facing Z my code works fine. But a I move the camera around things start to get ugly. I get a mouse destination 100 units from screen. I then add the Eye Vector from the camera. I then multiply the Mouse Dir by the View matrix. This works "ok" until I start rotating the camera around the y axis. Any help would be great LythLad
