PRGUI will only run using 640x480.
Here is the code so you can change that...

void PRGUI_InitializeD3D (void)
PR_SetMode (640, 480, 60);
PRGFX_Clip (0, 0, 639, 479);

/* Set the default palette */
wsetrgb (0, 0, 0, 0, gui_palette);
wsetrgb (1,25,25,25, gui_palette);
wsetrgb (2,38,38,38, gui_palette);
wsetrgb (3,51,51,51, gui_palette);
wsetrgb (4,63,63,63, gui_palette);
wsetrgb (5,63, 0, 0, gui_palette);

PRVIRT_InitMouse = PRGUI_InitMouseVGA;
PRVIRT_DrawMouse = PRGUI_DrawMouseSVGA;
PRVIRT_ShowMouse = PRGUI_ShowMouseSVGA;
PRVIRT_HideMouse = PRGUI_HideMouseSVGA;
PRVIRT_LoadCursor = PRGUI_LoadCursorVGA;

PRGUI_InitMouse ();

GUI_BLACK = PRGFX_MakeColor(0,0,0);
GUI_GREY1 = PRGFX_MakeColor(25,25,25);
GUI_GREY2 = PRGFX_MakeColor(38,38,38);
GUI_GREY3 = PRGFX_MakeColor(51,51,51);
GUI_WHITE = PRGFX_MakeColor(63,63,63);
GUI_RED = PRGFX_MakeColor(63,0,0);

You can use PRGFX routines with PRGUI programs. PRGUI uses them to draw things.
