Is Visual c++ for Dummies quick Reference a good book

I´m reading it right now, but I want to know if it´s a good book or should I DOWNLOAD other one. Yup, I downloaded it because I dont have a single dolar, so please don´t tell me to go and buy this or that book because I don´t have a penny...

If I have to spend 40 dolars in a book or even 200 in a Visual c++ I would be very poor. And what would you tell me if I tell you that here, in Argentina, 1 dolar = 3 pesos(local coin)?
so i have to pay all the tripple...
and I´m a 18 year student that´s learning, and not working yet...
put yourself in my position, would you pay that?!
i don´t think so, i´ll be 2 months to buy a book!
