Static size window?

I need to create a window that doesnt allow its user to resize it. how would I accomplish that?

Make sure that your window doesn''t have the WS_THICKFRAME or WS_SIZEBOX style. Check ModifyStyle.

My program only has the WS_EX_TOPMOST styles specified, and it still resizes >.<

Use this for your window style:

WS_OVERLAPPEDWINDOW ^ WS_MAXIMIZEBOX ^ WS_THICKFRAME

you can remove styles from your window also, for example to remove sizing, after your styles, put
& ~ WS_SIZEBOX
