Howdy all. I''ve reciently just implimented zlib into my engine core, i''ve got everything working great, model loading, jpg, tga, maps, everything. The only problem i''m running into is getting my Media to play from the zips. Namely MP3 and WAV. What i''m running in to, is that directshow opens files using the RenderFile() command. Which seems to directly load a file from the windows based hard drive. What I would like to do, is pass in the content data for a .wav or .mp3 to a function like RenderFile() so that I can package my media files inside my data.zip file with everything else. Does anyhow have any idea how to do this? I''ve been looking around, and haven''t found any info on it. Thanks == Colt "MainRoach" McAnlis Programmer www.badheat.com/sinewave
