What is .NET?

Qucik answer: Its a framework of classes, similar to what java has, except it is designed to be language independent, meaning you can use the same classes for many different languages (C#, VB, (managed)C++, and others)

Don''t hate me. I just get annoyed by pointless threads. The only good pointless thread is "Ask a Stupid Question, Get A Stupid Answer". And the search doesn''t work on my computer. It won''t give me the results. And James, please stop with all the flaming of me. I try not to post negative.
