I just upgraded to a P4 HT processor, so i was just curious if anybody attempted to use specific code for HT.

I don''t think you''ll need to use specific code for that. Just compare it to another cpu which is not threaded on a multithreaded env (as Linux)

Well, in fact you have to use multithreading in your application. Otherwise your application won''t take advantage of hyperthreading.
