I *REALLY* should know this but my brain ain''t working. I have a combobox and I want to be notified when someone types something and presses enter. I tried WM_KEYDOWN but perhaps my code''s just confused.. ******** I am not the Iraqi information minister. RESIST!

ON_EN_CHANGE or ON_EN_KILLFOCUS?

I''m not sure if those work in pure Win32.

Otherwise you''ll probably have to wrapper the combo class so you can catch internal keypresses.

It should be a notification post for the edit box subset window part of the combobox.

Actually, thinking about it, you might not be allowed to scope to the edit box in Win32. You might try ON_CBN_EDITCHANGE for each letter, or ON_CBN_KILLFOCUS for enter-and-continue.

Like I said, not sure it works in Win32.
