Help!!Shadow Volume Problem!

Hello!!! I have a problem with Shadow volumes. I have a column constructed by 4 polygons. If i try to cast the shadows from all the polygons the shadows sometimes is not correct. I mean this: poly1.castShadow(Light); poly2.castShadow(Light); poly3.castShadow(Light); poly4.castShadow(Light); But! If I cast the shadow of only one polygon at a time then the shadow at the polygon is casting correct. I mean this: if I write only this: poly1.castShadow(Light); or this: poly2.castShadow(Light); or this: poly3.castShadow(Light); or this: poly4.castShadow(Light); I use the z-fail way. I have an url to download the engine. But It may crash your machine if you dont have a VGA with PixelShader 2.0 support. http://omen.teipir.gr/unreal/Psycho_3DEngine_14-8-2003.zip thanks!!!!

I had a similar problem. Take a look at you drawing direction of you polygons (colck-wise or conterclock-wise). If this doesn''t help try to draw only the shadow volumes for the polygon that are front-faceing (or backfacing, doesn''t matter, but not both) to the light.
