i wasn''t sure what forum to put this in so here it goes. has anyone read the Otherland series by Tad Williams? i just finished the second book and this guy named Sellars had a "data garden". basically it was a virtual garden and all of the plants'' looks and sizes were based on data and information. this got me thinking. i thought it would be cool to make a "data garden" based on the files and actions of your computer. for instance, the more you use a file the bigger that file''s plant grows. the plants can be based on some kind of l-system. i don''t know if this can be done right but if it could it would be awsome. -PmanC
