I am trying to make a dialog in MS Visual Sudio .NET with some tabs. When I draw a tab item on the dialog I always get 5 tabs which I dont know how to change that number to what I want (2). I want other items on the different tabs and I dont know how to change the tabs and when I draw items on what seems to be on top of the tab area the items dont "stick" on the tab area and the item can be seen on all tabs when I try the dialog. Anyone knows?

Unless you are using WinForms, the normal Win32 tab-strip control is not a wysiwyg control (not an activeX thing). You have to write code to load dialogs into the client area when the user clicks on the tabs.

Its not hard at all. You make one dialog that contains the tab control, then you make other dialogs for the tabs you want it to use. Then when you create the dialog that has the tab control, in it''s WM_INITDIALOG message handler add the other dialogs to the tab control.
