Anyone, I have only just started learning C, I have 6 months experience with Pascal and Basic. And I know I''m jumping the gun a little here but is there a quick and simple way to import a Bitmap as say te background screen. My Lecturer won''t tell me, says there is no point. Thanx In Advance STVOY Mega Moh Mine!!

I''m Using Windows 98, a program called Game Div Kit by
Hammer Technologies. It uses standard C as far as I know.
Just type it in and watch it go.

If you get involved with DIBs now you''ll find the language way over your head...

Better to learn it first and then maybe get a book, like Petzold''s Programming Windows.
