Hi. I''m designing an overhead shooter. The design has been evolving for a while... The game is set in true 3d, with overhead camera on a landscape. The robots on the landscape are supposed to shoot at each other I just found out that the landscapes usually suck from overhead. They just do. Can someone give me an idea how could I change the design without altering the very idea of the game?

Have played the game on the playstation called War Zone 2100. Well if did not the game is like command and conquer, except the land scape is 3D. There are vallies, hills, and lakes. The camera can be ajusted to sometimes give you a better view but it also gives a top view of the area.
