Hi there, I seems to have trouble downloading and searching for "KDE Library" to download it.... so can someone help me? thank you...

I think you are tying to get kdelibs*, i.e. ''kdelibs-3.1.3a.tar.bz2'' The description of which is "This is the base set of libraries needed by KDE programs"
