AVI loaders and textures

Hi guys, In NeHe''s AVI loading/playing tutorial, he says that you need to bind a texture if you plan on loading AVIs as part of a bigger project with other textures. But he doesn''t say when in the code to do it, what texture to bind, or mention it at all after that. Has anyone implemented this? Can anyone help me work out how it''s done? Cheers...
