I believe age creates bias so I''ll refrain from putting that
if you dont mind.

Main Language: MS Visual C++ 6.0

Other Languages: Visual Basic (all versions), QBasic, HTML, Java, javascript, LOGO, Numerous proprietary languages such as DarkBASIC, RPGCode, BlitzBASIC, etc.

Most Proud Applications: Not my most complicated or graphically impressive, but I really liked the implementation of my culling algorithm. 13.5 million spheres/13.1 million points per second
For an actually _useful_ app I think my game engine is my most proud creation--and I don''t care that you guys don''t like the clean looking code it produces

Visual Basic 6 / Visual Basic .NET
javascript
C / C++
VBScript (For ASP)
HTML (if that counts)
AMOS Basic on the Amiga
BlitzBasic on the Amiga
DarkBasic on the PC
SQL
KosmosScript (For my game engine)

EDIT: Best Apps, one was an automated data analysis program developed for work in VB, it took data from any SQL source, parsed an XML like template of it's description and analysis, churned it out as a database table, created graphs in excel and made powerpoint slies of selected data. It worked it's analysis in realtime too, cut down my analysis tasks from about 3-7 days to less than a minute.

My other is Manta-X (in development), developed alongside my own game engine KosmosEngine.

All the best problems start with C

English

C++, Python, ASM, and most internet languages (from Perl to XML)

This really simple 3D game that I wrote for my school''s crappy computers (500 mhz, with an intel chip sodered on the board...). It has full networking and is actually quite fun to play. It''s on my website (My Realm) if you wish to have a look (it runs in 320x240 in the reference driver of Direct3D 9.0, with NO lag or frames/sec problems).

Some Pic''s of my last Developments can be found under:

C++

Is this some kind of variation to the "What Language is the best?" threads? I''d recommenc C++. Simply cuz of the power. ASM is always cool too, but kinda old (learn it if you want to crack other programs) .

Main language: C++ ( OOP is the life for me! )
Other languages: C, assembly, pascal, basic, Java, sql, perl, php. I''ve dabbled in others, but not enough to use competently.

Most Memorable: An isometric multiplayer tank vs. game using DJGPP, when i was 14. My first multiplayer endeavour using jonipx for networking. I had alot of fun whilst creating it, i even got suspended for playing it with friends at school.
