Don''t quote me, but I believe yes. As far as I know the CLR (Common Language Run-time) of .NET makes any .NET language compadible with portable devices such as a palm pilot. Might wanna check into .NET and MSDN though to be sure.

I am looking around. I saw a tutorial for making a pocket pc project. The problem is the tutorial is for VB 2003 I have 2002. One of the selections when you start the project is the project type. They selected pocket pc in the tutorial. I don''t have pocket pc on the list.

I''m quite sure its only in VisualStudio.NET 2003.

They had a project called the "Smart Device Extensions" for VS.NET 2002, it was in beta for a while then they just canned it as an add-on and put it in VS.NET 2003.
Might also be versions of VS... I remember in the old VS sub pro had alot of project types missing.
