Why would I do that.. It has to do with a already made game. When I press "t" I want it to print out a few letters then I can type.

If it is in the background (invisible), where should it print the letters? To a file?

Invisible or in the nave bar. Don''t care. Its in a full screen app. I would want it to print out a few letters. Basicly like remaping the keyboard.
I think he wants to create the equivelent of macros so one key does multiple things, to work with a pre-existing game/app (I''m assuming the game/app is not his).
