I am making a class to break textures to power of two of given size. 256x256, 512x512, to be able to render large, non power of two images. What''s the best way to break an already loaded IDirect3DTexture9* to several sub textures? Thanks.

probably lock the surface then copy rects to other textures. But I''m not certain that loading a non^2 and then splitting it is valid work around. Unless your just doing this to save the split textures to file later on.
