Bad fullscreen, eats red component

Hi, the VC++ OpenGL tutorial code runs ok on my computer but when I go to fullscreen the red component of the color simply is not shown! This happens on my pc and at school but with a friend''s pc is ok. This happens only with the VC++ examples, with the GLUT fullscreen is ok. Anybody knows how to fix it? Thanks in advance. I updated the drivers and now it''s fine. My board is a GeForce 2 MX.
Still is strange how it worked fine with GLUT and not directly from windows.
