Hello. I want to download the zipped version of that development kit thing, with directdraw and directinput etc. Where do i find it?

Depends which version you want. If you want an earlier version it might even come with your compiler.

I want development kit 9.0 zipped. U see our internet connection is real bad. It takes about a day to download all of it.I need the zip.

The official SDK packs are compressed.
The installer engine uses about same algorithms for compression/decompression as, for example, Winzip.
However, you can dl only the parts you need, but you'll have to find them!
EDIT: After closer inspection, the official SDK is indeed compressed with, none other than, Winzip!
