serious problem with scaling AND picking.

my picking using opengl''s selection mode works great - for the most part. and i finally understood scaling. the problem arises when i try to combine these two things together. when unscaled, objects are pickable. but when scaled up or down, the scaling seems to be off. i can show code if its needed. please help as i am simply stumped here.

thanks. but i am calling in the following order:


1. glscale
2. glInitNames
3. glPushName
4. Render my objects
5. glPopName

end of loop

Then i even tried switching #1 and #2 around, but with no success.
