on Tutorial 6?, Texture Mapping, when you try to compile and link the file, in Release mode (VC++ 6.0) I get this error: Linking... LINK : warning LNK4089: all references to "ADVAPI32.dll" discarded by /OPT:REF I have been unable to find anythin wrong, and the code looks fine... Cheers.

Ya, so...? does it work or not?

if you dont want that then delete the "/OPT:REF" option for the project.

Read carefully, this is no error, just a warning. The linker only tells you that there is none of the functions in ADVAPI32.dll called and he ignores this library. (BTW: These compiler/linker warnings and errors are descriped in detail in the MSDN!)
