I NEED HELP WITH DATABASES!!!

Can someone please out there help me make a PHP or Perl database or whatever that can store my Users information. I tried taking classes for 80 dollars at Purdue Univarsity over the summer. That didnt work. I have bought over 3 books on Perl, read them all front to back, and I still dont understand.

What server are you using?
Have you enabled vbscript, php, or the perl script?
What is the problem/error?
What books have you read?
After looking at the source generated from the web site Sim-Surplus.com it appears that you tring to use asp with a vbscripting. Is this the case?

The easiest and most effective way imo is to just download a ready-made package, try HotScripts. And yes, listen to MichaelBartman.
