There is any possible way to speed up windows clock? (for example in 1 second will past 5 seconds) mayby incresing time every seconds, but it wont affect gettickcount(). There is any program doing that?

I''m more into driver development- and although I have absolutely no idea why you''d want 5 seconds to equal 1- I''d suggest that if you really interested, you should take a look at driver development and INT 8- the hardware vector associated with the timer interrupt.
