I''m trying to make textures for a rts game but I want to make them more realistic. I don''t want to make 3d textures I just want to keep them 2d and then apply to models made in 3dsmax. I''m using photoshop 7 with a tablet (graphire2) and I want to find a good book to learn more about it. What would be the best book to get? Has ne one had ne good ones maybe?? André

There''s a book called "Digital Texture Painting". It has a "Red-ish Orange" cover. $50 USD. It doesn''t teach how to do textures really, just methods to break down what you see and interpret(?) it on your models and textures. Great book.
