I''m beggining to use DirectX 9.0 for graphics, and am looking for a begginer''s tutorial to higher order primitives. I don''t quite understand patches, n-patches, rt-patches and all these, and every tutorial I find on the internet is assuming familiarity with them. This also seems to be the case with DirectX documentation (either that, or I''m completely dumb ). If anyone could point me to a clear introduction to these concepts, I''d be in his debt.
